Our family has frequented this resort for over 10 years and up until 2010 found it to be a fun way to spend some time and enjoy the thrill of gambling.However, over the course of this year, 2010, we have noticed that this casino has dropped in customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and play time on the slots is no longer enjoyable as the payouts are minimal, and usually slim to none anytime we go in, which is usually 2 or 3 times a month or more.The last time we were there, over Christmas, not only were there absolutely no payouts, (to us or anyone else that we could see), but our car was vandalized in their lower deck parking area and several items were stolen. We will definitely be taking our patronage (and money) to other resorts from now on.
