  • Gila River Casino - Vee Quiva: Bad customer relations

I am a gold member with Gila River, but I am about to go less than that. I will be exercising my rights as a customer. I have been playing for awhile now. I play about the same amount every month. I have been receiving benefits in terms of free tickets to sporting events and concerts. All of a sudden I am not eligible for those benefits. Gila River told me they changed the rules and now I have to play more to receive those same benefits. I keep track of how much I play and I know I have an average already. I cannot believe that Gila River changed the rules without notifying anyone. I have asked other members and no one knew about the changes. I will no longer be going to any of the Gila River Casinos. This is very poor customer relations. No wonder the Gila River Tribe is such a strong opponent of the Proposed Glendale Casino on 91st Avenue and Glendale. With such poor customer relations, they surely will lose many customers being that close to Sun City.
