As a "frequent flier" to this particular casino, I have been greeted at all times with a smile and hello. As it is one of three Colville Tribal Casinos, this one is by far the best. The other two are located in Okanogan, and Coulee Dam. While the staff in the "Heat" nightclub might not know your name, the definitely remember you face and beverage of choice with out having to be prompted.The staff at the "Players Club" booth are always friendly, and keep track of player status with rewards of v.i.p. weekends.While I am not a tables player, my husband is, and always manages to come out ahead.I myself rather enjoy the variety of slots, and yes..while you win some, you lose some..thats why its called gambling.
