    Isle of Capri Casino - Bettendorf: terrible video poker

    I reviewed the Isle several years ago with a completely different feeling. The video poker machines haven't been upgraded in years. Some of the screens are worse than a 1950's TV set in a thunderstorm. None have been replaced in the last 5 years and no additions have been made.Penny slots are another story. More and more are added all the time. This is a low roller casino and the upkeep and cleanliness show it. Rumor was that this boat was to be replaced by a new land based casino and it better happen fast. If the hull of this tub is kept up as well as the interior you had better keep a life jacket handy.
