Probably the Sky Ute Casino in Ignacio, Colo.50 miles west from Pagosa Springs.

It looks like Pagosa Springs is 112 miles from Lake City. Ignacio seems to be around 25 miles se of Durango. If there are any back roads to Ouary or Silverton that would save you distance. I do not see any on my map.

Cripple Creek would be the closest non indian casino in Colorado.

The SunRay Park and Casino in Farmington, New Mexico was not very good. But that was before penny machines.
