  • Atlantic City video poker

Just got back last night from Atantic City.

Stayed one night at Borgata and one night in the new tower at Trump Mahal. The new Taj tower is very nice, but it's still not finished. Only about 1/3 of the rooms are open.

Had the breakfast buffet at Borgata. It was very good and the homemade corned beef hash was excellent. We tried the Taj Mahal buffet for dinner and it was also very good. The homemade soups were especially good, plus a very nice assortment of good desserts.

At Borgata we played 25-cent 9/6 Jacks or Better Multi-Strike at Borgata. A fun game, but it can be very expensive if you don't get anything on that first line. Also, played some quarter 9/6 jacks at the bar.

Over at the boardwalk we played 25-cent 9/6 Jacks at Showboat and then went over to Bally's to play quarter 8/5 Bonus with a progressive jackpot.

We also played 25-cent 9/6 Jacks with a progressive at Caesars.

These were some of the best games in the city.
