Re: class three gambling at Hard Rock?

They are in negotiations with the Stae of Florida. See below story:

Florida (Indian gaming) - Amy Driscoll, Miami Herald - If Florida wants a piece of the Seminole Indian tribe's estimated $1.3 billion gambling revenue, Gov. Charlie Crist may have to offer the tribe a concession: exclusive rights to table games like roulette, a geographical boundary to give the tribe a competitive advantage or some other tribe-only perk, Indian gaming law experts say. After hitting an impasse last year, talks between the tribe and the state are set to resume, possibly this month. For the state, a deal could bring millions of new dollars into the treasury each year. For the Seminoles, an agreement might mean they'd finally get the Las Vegas-style slot machines they want, plus other extras to give them an edge in Florida's growing gambling market.
