Slot machines are minimum 2 cent and all have lousy return. Have on occasion hit a payout for a few bucks but mostly the slots will just rob you blind. Full pay video poker (9/6 JoB and 16/10/4/4/ DW) found on a few 50-cent and some $1 denomination machines in lower casino. Naught better than 8/5 JoB at quarter level anywhere. Proper 4000-coin Royal for five coins is only rarely seen at $1 and above. Local hotels give away coupons for $15 freeplay after about $400 coin-in. If you play nothing but the few full-pay VP machines you can make the money last but any other machines will bleed your bankroll quickly. A playable stop for the expert, highly disciplined math-major VP player only. All others should avoid. I don't play table games so have no rating but noticed that the BJ rules seem to be 3:2, dealer hits soft 17 with $5 or $10 minimums, 8-deck CSM.Have tried food in a couple of the food court stands and it's overpriced, institutional-out-of-the-can glop that sits under heat lamps. Casino rate at local hotels is a decent discount (e.g. $85/night instead of $125/night at decent properties) but quite limited availability; no attached hotel. Shuttle buses run in a circulating route so you're certain to have a 15-minute ride stopping at multiple hotels either on the way there or the way back, but the buses do keep to the schedule and often run until 2AM or later. The parking ramp sign that purports to indicate the number of open spaces per level is a sham, the numbers never change, so go to level 4 and find a spot right next to the entrance even though the sign always says the level is full. Can be very bad smoke at some times, other times levels are acceptable. There seem to be more inconsiderate smokers (blow in your face, leave ash residue EVERYWHERE) here than in most Vegas casinos.
