The Borgata is the best Hotel/Casino in Atlantic City. The players club is very generous with their free rooms and the rooms are gorgeous. The game selection on the casino floor is excellent and they have a fantastic poker room. Be aware that some of the non-Borgata owned eateries only give you half-value on your points!!
