  • Resorts World New York: Not a True Casino

I was here on Sat, October 29, 2011 the first day it opened. At first impression of this place, was that they were not prepared for their grand opening. To sign-up for the Genting Reward card was an ordeal. Only one person, registering new players, no free play reward for joining, no free pens, or bric-or-brack ugh.. Only soda, and juice are free alcohol drinks are $2.50 & up. My $1.00 slot machine did not pay even though I have the max bet $3.00 for the any color sevens. The attendant accused me of changing the machine an did not pay. I left and will not return, the vibe is the same as Empire. Everything is electronic! The staff are not professional and have no Casino hospitality! Do not wast your time go to either, Foxwood, AC, or Penn were the professional are!
