I have been going to this casino for a long time but here lately the payouts are bad. I usually spend between $500-$800 every time I go but you don't get anything back. I always bet max bets and when I get a bonus I am lucky to get back $50 or less which is not right. when you bet $5-$8 a spin and you might get 1 bonus round in a hundred dollars and only get back maybe 3 times what you bet? I understand re-model to keep up but to cut back on your customers then why bother to go. I quit going to Northern Quest because of that reason. I love the fact that you get free rooms, EPC and other free offers but it sure isn't free when you spend so much with no return.I feel if you want to keep people coming back you have to have some really good payouts like you did when you first opened.
