    Swinomish Casino: Like the New Name Better...

    I never knew this place changed names (used to be Northern Lights Casino or something like that) until New Year's Day when I stopped by with my wife on our way to Deception Pass (another review in itself - google it for information and pictures!). We head there about two or three times a year and always stop in here...Anyways, the staff here are some of the best; always helpful, always smiling, and very friendly. Whether a cashier, slot attendant, waitress or security... all quite pleasant.They have an excellent variety of slot machines here and combined with their rewards program, makes this place a sure winner. The hotel got a rating of 1 as there is none; they do, however, have what appears to be a "full-service" campground. That would be nice in the summer for a night or two as there are a lot of activities to do in the area!CM
