Hotel room was nice but was supposed to be in the Buffalo tower and ended up in the other end of the hotel after calling and making reservation and telling them I have a breathing problem and needed to be the closest to the casino as possible.
The lady reassured me that I would be 4 rooms from elevator and the elevator would come down into the casino. Talked to them about it on check in time and it was like it was too bad.
So asked again when I checked out how can I make sure this will never happen again and they told me to make sure I tell them when I make my reservation DUH like I did this time. All they said was we're sorry.
In my opinion they should send me a two nite half price coupon. I even had a confirmation number and made follow up calls the day before.
