Orleans Hotel & Casino, The: Not going back here
My wife and I have regularly visited the Orleans since it opened, but will not go back any more. Just spent 4 days there and the slot payback was nonexistent. They have continually tightened the machines the last 5-6 years so that now, nothing is won on video poker or the slots. Also, the place is starting to show its age and they have not kept the property up to date. The faucet leaked in our room and and bedding was old and worn. The only thing they have going now is that the buffet is still pretty good. They have other restaurants in the casino but I wouldn't waste my time eating in any one of them. In addition to the above, the drinks are so watered down, that one cannot tell if they have any booze in it or not. There are better places to stay in Vegas than the Orleans.
