  • Casino Snoqualmie: Snoqualmie Casino review (poor)

For being their grand opening -very poor. You have to wait 1 1/2 for your drink and then the ****tail server points and says the bar is over there. The food is very over priced.

Table games limits are set too high. Table game dealers dont know what the payouts are; one pays this and the other will pay you more for the same bet,

Hard to find the place there are no signs telling you where to turn. Overall very poor I rate this place a 1.

I totally agree. We waited to go Saturday, Nov 8th. We made the hour drive ok..found the place ok..no signage..beautiful casino..the view is breathtaking..it should be a lodge..But that was where the enjoyment ended..The garage was almost full at 11 am...there are 3 elevators from the garage to the casino..the ONLY way to get in.They were all running full and slow. We had to put my father in law on his scooter in and then we walked down the stairs (no access to the casino) to the driveway to the shuttle that took us around front. We thought we could get a bite to eat somewhere..the line to each restaurant looked like Disneyland during summer break..looong lines everywhere. The ticket/cash exchange machines were all not working so you had to go to the cashier window where her scanner was not reading tickets either..she had to punch in all the numbers on the bar code..We hit a couple of slot machines that took our money and left..we were very disappointed. It is a beautiful venue with poor planning and we felt like the people working there were very undertrained and it was understaffed. Maybe they were overwhelmed by a grand opening? I had heard from another customer that they had run out of food the day before...maybe we will try again some time later.

So me and a group of 12 headed to SnoCasino on the 15th, Saturday. Starting with the commute, there were no signs before or after the exit pointing towards the casino. You would think all the $ they spent on advertising, that they would invest in some signs. We got to the garage & luckily found a parking within 5 minutes. Elevators arrived fairly quickly and inside was an attendant. That wasn't too bad of a wait. Upon exiting the elevator into the casino, the tiny elevator lobby was very crowded. Finally got through the crowd and made it in the casino. Where do I start? Aisles are narrow, bad smoke ventilation, cold air circulation, etc. Our group joined the busy line for the dance club. I believe Kiss FM was the DJ that night. Word got to the back of the line that there was a $10 entry charge? Who charges an entry for a casino club? Tulalip or Muckleshoot don't. We waited in line for 45 minutes because security was letting in as party-goers were exitting. Right when we got to the front, security closed the line & said no more people will be allowed in the clubm From our view, the dance floor was not even 75 percent full. So we hung out & played slot machines nearby the club entrance and witnessed a group of maybe 10 or so was let in 15 minutes later? Wassup with that!

Tables had high minimums. Only 4 Roulette tables & a few Crap tables. Never saw a waitress where I was playing. I was playing Roulette & the dealer was barely able to spin the ball. Lack of training maybe?

Most of the restaurants closed around midnight but we found a sandwich deli. They were charging $14 for a sandwich or $16 for a burger? Wow!

Check it out and you be the judge for yourself...
