I have been a regular at Kickapoo Casino in Harrah for several years now. We go at least 3 times a week and have always been treated great and are known by the staff on a first name basis. But after going with a group orf friends and having just one employee take our ID's and calling the police and slandering our name and reputations we will never go back. After the police watched the surveilance videos and appologized to us for being called up there and wasting our time and our whole group being embarressed and the asst manager blaiming the insidence on the police and not the staff who caused the problem was completely rediculious. We never received a appology or was even offered a comp meal or anything from the casino. If this is the way they treat their loyal customers we will just go to Remington or New Castle if we are going to gamble our moeny away. Up until this point this in my opinion was the best atmosphere for a casino and best staff around. It is just a shame that one employee would be allowed to slander our name and the casino asst manager not even appologize or offer a comp meal or anything. Real show of class on their part.
