While I have never won big at this casino about 8 out of 10 times we walk out with around what we came in with. The hotel/casino is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and exquisite. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed (and we are a heavily tattooed couple so that's saying something). The bartenders always remember our drinks after the first order, the food is good and reasonably priced. My husband and I visit about 4 different casinos throughout the year and the Downstream is the ONLY one that constantly gives us free rooms...almost every visit! And we can use those free rooms any time of the week and together. The appearance, overall feel and friendly vibe is why we drive the extra hour to OK rather than to St. Louis (been to the Lumiere 4 times and haven't earned anything...but they did give me a $10 food card for my b'day!! Gee...thanks.) If you're looking for hours of play on $100 with a great vibe and friendly people and beautiful rooms to sulk in if you leave the floor a loser than the Downstream is your place! My only issue is that I had to get use to some of the games on OK's side of the border but after a few visits I now have a few new slot favorites. Good luck!!!
