  • Horseshoe Casino Cleveland: Cramped and high table limits

They certainly tried to get as many tables in there as possible - so much so that there are areas of the casino that are bottle necked and difficult to get through. The table limits are very high - however in time, I'm sure they will come down. Diamond lounge - nice however there are no free drinks or food....I have been in many DL's around the country and this is the first time I have encountered that. Slow beverage service from the slot machines - I will cut them a little slack - it was super busy the day I was there. Kudos to the comp rooms at the Ritz - first class hotel! The interior of the casino is nice however reminded me of the the casinos in Atlantic City for some reason - maybe it was the big chandeliers.....
