We went to Duluth for a mini vacation and were shocked to find a casino RIGHT DOWNTOWN. I expected it to be a dump and was pleasantly surprised. It is small, but two stories of similar games to other casinos in MN. The player's club had a lot going on the 3 days we were there, so lots of gifts and bonus points/cash - not sure if it was just a special weekend or if they have lots of promotions like that.
