Worst casino ever.Admittedly I'm biased as I think the slots should have gone to the race track and not at a mall (which I no longer use).I used to play occasionally, blow my $100 at Charlestown, and be done with it for the next three months. I've visited Arundel slots 4 times, I'll go in with $20 and that's it, won $20 and $12 in two sittings, lost $20 each other time. Twice, a slot machine has printed a ticket that would not be accepted by other machines, or the automated cash-out, so I had to go to the cashier. Before I went to the cashier, however, I tried to stop one of the attendants in a yellow coat. Although he was attending to someone else at the time, he brushed into me (what I consider a threat) and when he see I wouldn't move he addressed my question. Totally unacceptable. I'm 5'7" a senior, this thug is about 6'2" and he has the audacity to to act like this? I'm also retired military and I did not do 20 years to be treated with such lack of dignity. After that, I went to the cashier, the place opens a 0800, they were not able to redeem my ticket until 0830; I probably had a 15 minute wait.I'll most likely go back as I'm addicted. I limit my playing time to $20 once a week which is $1000 per year and an acceptable loss.Bottom line, if there is another casino convenient to you, go there. This place sucks.
