I am extremly disappointed in the customer service with this casino. You can easily spend $100 bucks before you get a drink,and that's if you're lucky. Ive been there several times and NEVER even have gotten a drink before I leave,or I have to leave my machine and go to the bar and get my own. The prices for their buffet and food are ridiculous,nothing like Vegas at all.If your machine messes up,you could wait for HOURS to get your ticket out of the machine and they act like they are having to go out of their way to help you. People are very rude. The first week they opened the casino host walked by me and asked me "not to push the button like that" seriously lady? Its MY MONEY,Ill push the button as fast as I want. Although it is the closest casino from where I live,I will gladly drive another 30-45 minutes to a different casino. We come there to win from time to time,I don't like being a loser every time I visit a casino.In my opinion,I will never go back to this casino due to the TIGHT TIGHT machines and customer service,and if you like itchy cheap sheets,then stay in the hotel. Best of luck if you go.Also it wouldn't submit my comment unless I checked a star in each category above,I left all of them blank to begin with,but it made me check at least one,so just so you know I do not recommend this casino to any of my friends or family and they MADE me mark these items above to leave my comment. I have went many many times since they opened in 2008 and NEVER win,from penny slot to $25.00 machines. Best of luck to you if you go,you'll need it!!! What a joke!!!!
