  • Horseshoe Casino Cleveland: The 1st Ohio Casino is very good, but not great

It's a beautiful place in the heart of Downtown Cleveland it is easy to get to. There are not so many table games and most tables are packed during normal hours. Table play is mostly $15 and $25 minimums. There are way too many slot machines crammed (and tight) into this place, so on a busy day or weekend you may have to bump into people to move around the place. The food is pretty good but not excellent. The two cleveland signature dishes they have (Perch & Perogies) were just so so. Ribs & Prime Rib was pretty good. Lastly, the section where the smokers are penned is not placed so well. It is at the main entrance, so your 1st impression of the place is a bunch of people smoking in a odd placed rope off.
