I got sick eating the buffet food and the table limits are ridiculously high. They sent me a flyer stating I had free play on certain days and another flyer stating I had bonus free play. Both flyers stated that to access the free play, all I had to do was download it from any machine. Nowhere did it say I needed the flyer itself. I have never had a problem with any other casinos who give out free play in this manner. I live an hour away and drove on a day when all of the free play would be active. After arriving at the casino, I found that none of my free play had been added to my account. When I went to player services, they were rude and acted like I was trying to cheat them! They told me they had to see the flyers. I told them I did not have them with me. They told me they would not credit me without the flyers. I would think they would have some record of what free play they send to players. I have a Producer account but I won't be spending any more there. I have spent a lot of money playing at that casino and have yet to get a decent payout on any of their machines.I will go back to the Missouri casinos which have a higher payout percentage and considerably better food.
