Plain and simple the Hardrock Tampa sucks. EVERYTHING is tight. Customer service is horrible and will rob you blind (i.e. Bartenders that keep my $10 change. Comps are horrible, treat you like crap. Save the money you would blow here fly to vegas and have some great service and fun.
