Anyway after I didn't receive any April FSP dollars or food comp dollars I decide to call the customer service number. They pulled up my account and the lady on the end quickly realized that there was a problem. After a long pause and her taking her time looking at different screens she told me that I had questions and I was looking for answers and that I should talk to a host to get them? Isn't that your job? Well sir I will forward your concern to our database/marketing department thank you for calling.
You have to be kidding me, she knew as well I knew that the computer messed up and I should of sent me offers but I guess they are too proud to say they were wrong. How hard is it to say "We are sorry"
