Maybe, but a casino full of people and when there is a winner every hour and every hour its a 7star winning in a random drawing. I don't know what the odds of that would be, what do you think the percentage of gamblers in a casino at one time are 7star? I'll put it a less the 5% but they win 100% of the time in a random drawing?

I would imagine that those 7 star players are putting most of the money through the mchines. They might represent only 5% of the people in the casino, but they might be generating about 40% of the play in the casino. That's why they get all of those comps!

I've seen the same thing hapen here at the Seminole Casino sometimes. I've heard players say that the same people win a lot of the time.

Well, I've stood behind some of those big players when they swipe their card at the kiosk and I see how many points they have earned and they are incredibly high. I look at those people and wonder how they could possibly bet so much money, but it's true.

Two people go to the same casino, play the same machines, play for the same amount of time, earn just about the same amount of base points. One of those players get no offers the other gets more then they ever did before for any month.
Now I know what could be said about the tier score before those trips, the one who got nothing had 3x what the other one had. Oh you might say well it depends on how much you gamble, again the one who got nothing plays max the other plays .30 a spin.
Please bring back that web site where you could check to see your score and how you got it, showed your time playing, base points earned. Wouldn't it be nice if you were able to know how they work.
Oh an we all know the house has an edge but at least make it look like you care. How many times do you go to a CET casino for a promotion or drawing to see the winners are all 7 Stars players, what are the Odds?

I hear ya! Let me just give you a short summary of Harrah’s/Caesar’s Total Rewards program - - - it has been my experience with the problems I have had with my Total Rewards account, that they will never admit they are having problems and then they will never, ever have to say they are sorry. All you can hope for is that they take care of it “at the end of the day.” But the more we bring it to light, they will have no choice but to address the problems they are experiencing. Maybe a news article is in order.

I travel to AC just about every week, Win some, lose some you know how the story goes.
Anyway after I didn't receive any April FSP dollars or food comp dollars I decide to call the customer service number. They pulled up my account and the lady on the end quickly realized that there was a problem. After a long pause and her taking her time looking at different screens she told me that I had questions and I was looking for answers and that I should talk to a host to get them? Isn't that your job? Well sir I will forward your concern to our database/marketing department thank you for calling.

You have to be kidding me, she knew as well I knew that the computer messed up and I should of sent me offers but I guess they are too proud to say they were wrong. How hard is it to say "We are sorry"
