The 202 Flamingo bus goes right to the center of the strip in about 49 minutes for $5 for 24 hours as compared to $8 for strip 24 hour passes. And the 202 won't be crowded and the traffic won't stall as it does on Las Vegas Blvd.A
lso, along Flamingo are many opportunities for eating or shopping.
The HDX and the BHX run along Boulder and head to downtown. Sam's Town also has a free shuttle to the strip and to downtown at certain times of the day.
In the other direction the buses can get you all the way to Henderson, or to the Sunset Station casino.
If you stay at Sam's Town there is a small $5 resort fee, but no free wifi.
Call ahead if you book and don't see the resort fee listed in the fine print of any hotel. They go up without warning. Call and ask about previously booked rooms to see if the new fee applies to your booking. They won't tell you and usually you aren't grandfathered into the deal you made, but will be expected to pay the new fee. If that happens, keep complaining.
